Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will lead design, configuration, and implementation efforts while partnering with business stakeholders to drive financial process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO (FI & CO) modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure and customize core FI components (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting)
- Configure CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing
- Lead integration efforts with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
- Drive financial closing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Provide leadership in solution design, testing, and deployment phases
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior consultants
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of SAP FICO experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of integration points across SAP modules
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting
- Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification
- Experience with SAP Fiori and reporting tools
- Exposure to SAP Central Finance or Group Reporting
- Prior experience in large enterprise environments
