Maitsys is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to support the growth and expansion of strategic enterprise customer accounts in the manufacturing and consumer products industry.
This is not a traditional recruiting or transactional staffing sales role. We are looking for someone who can build long-term client relationships, identify consulting opportunities, and help expand Maitsys across broader enterprise technology initiatives including Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Infrastructure, Integration, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Transformation.
The ideal candidate is polished, organized, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships with enterprise IT leaders, managers, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise IT and business stakeholders
- Support strategic account growth and expansion initiatives
- Identify new consulting, staffing, and managed services opportunities
- Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, and business discussions
- Track ongoing customer projects and technology initiatives
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to support customer needs
- Support account planning, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates
- Help expand Maitsys presence across multiple enterprise technology areas
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in IT consulting sales, account management, business development, or technology staffing
- Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 500 customer accounts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional customer-facing presence
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
