Position: Laundry Aide for Nursing Home
Schedule: Full Time 7am-3pm including rotating weekends

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to join our team.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and clothing items
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers and dryers
- Inspect items for stains or damage and treat them accordingly
- Ensure all items are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Handle guests' personal laundry requests with care and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in laundry services, preferably in a nursing home or similar setting
- Knowledge of laundering techniques and chemical handling procedures
- Ability to operate laundry equipment effectively and safely
- Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
