Responsibilities
DRIVERS LISENCE REQUIRED
- Diagnose and repair engines, including power generation systems and heavy-duty equipment, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform routine maintenance on lawn mowers, small engines, and other outdoor power equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, conduct electrical diagnostics, and repair wiring or electrical components as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other mechanical tools to perform repairs and fabrication tasks.
- Conduct equipment troubleshooting to identify issues promptly and implement effective repair solutions.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs accurately.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and mechanical system inspections.Experience
- Proven dealership experience or service technician background working with diesel engines or heavy machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of engine repair, electrical work, welding, soldering, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with schematics reading and electrical diagnostics to identify faults efficiently.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar or similar heavy equipment brands is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with small engine maintenance, generator repair, and power generation systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with technical expertise to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 38.0 per week
