Job description:
Our growing financial services team is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Office Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a professional environment, supporting clients, and staying organized, we’d love to meet you. We are looking for someone to grow with us; there is potential for this job to increase to 5 days per week in the future.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist clients (in‑person and by phone)
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and office communications
- Prepare and organize documents
- Support advisors with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
- Maintain a friendly, efficient, and professional office atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 days per week: Wednesday and Friday; third day is flexible
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required
