Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with guests and team members
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly
- Foster guest relations by offering personalized service, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring a memorable stay
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality or hotel management industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including hotel management systems and guest services procedures
- Experience with night audit processes or resort operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior hotel experience demonstrating hospitality management capabilities is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour
