The Café Attendant will be responsible for delivering a warm and welcoming experience for our hotel guests—whether they’re starting their day with a fresh coffee or grabbing a quick bite before heading out. The ideal candidate brings prior food service experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for excellent customer service.

What You Have
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service, coffee shop, or quick-serve environment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and on your feet for extended periods
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends or early mornings, as needed)
- Work as part of a team with all team members within the property
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform/approved attire
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide fast, friendly service
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and other beverages
- Restock and maintain grab-and-go items such as sandwiches, pastries, salads, and snacks
- Operate POS system and credit card transactions accurately
- Keep the coffee bar and service area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and other tasks as assigned
- Ability to handle situations, or when situations arise, ability to let manager/supervisor know ahead of time so as not to affect the guest experience
- Perform other duties as management requests to service our guests
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to bend, reach, and stoop regularly
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs. (e.g., boxes, supplies)
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Make sound judgments quickly
- Work on multiple tasks
- Able to work independently, take direction, and provide direction to others
