Dental Receptionist & Content Creator

We are a modern, fee-for-service dental office focused on comprehensive health, longevity, and aesthetic dentistry, seeking a dynamic team member who can blend front desk excellence with creative content creation.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is both organized and personable at the front desk and creative and digitally savvy behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Front Desk / Patient Experience
- Greet patients warmly and create a high-end, welcoming experience
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow
- Handle phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism
- Support a fee-for-service model (no HMO/DMO participation)
- Submit out-of-network claims as a courtesy
Content Creation & Marketing
- Create engaging content for Instagram and other platforms
- Capture before/after cases, behind-the-scenes moments, and team culture
- Assist with social media strategy aligned with wellness and aesthetics
- Help grow our online presence and patient engagement
Ideal Candidate
- Dental front desk experience preferred (but not required for the right fit)
- Passion for health, wellness, longevity, and aesthetics
- Comfortable creating social media content
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
- Tech-savvy (social media platforms, scheduling software, etc.)
