Job Overview
We are seeking a cheerful upbeat patient coordinator with a bubbly personality to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will serve as the face and voice of our office. This role requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with dental terminology and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients with a friendly smile and making them feel valued when they leave.
- Confirm patient appointments and fill in late cancellations or no shows.
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits.
- Calculate and Collect co-payments
- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Assist patients with registration forms and medical history updates
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper care plans are documented and communicated effectively
- Cross-training is a plus
Skills
- 2-3 years of patient/treatment coordinator experience PREFFERED
- Familiarity with dental terminology and ADA codes
- Open Dental Knowledge
- Strong computer skills ie. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities REQUIRED
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail REQUIRED
- Experience with insurance verification
