Inventory Specialist - Part Picking / Internal Fulfillment
Full-time hourly position located in Warren NJ.
MAINGEAR is home to a team of gamers and PC enthusiasts who build high-performance custom PCs. Our energetic, collaborative environment is a place where people who love hardware come together to do great work.
We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate individual who has previous Inventory experience with strong organizational experience and attention to detail. Candidates should be able to work efficiently and accountably with minimal supervision.
Tasks
- Picking orders from our warehouse, varying from single units to large scale production jobs.
- Restocking Inventory shelves.
- Maintenance of warehouse and stock.
- Using our Inventory system for scanning components and component allocation.
- Safely packaging PCs and / or peripherals.
- Handle every package / component / system with care
Requirements:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for long periods.
- Able to use a scanner to record inventory using Microsoft/company software.
- Works well with other team members.
- Able to follow directions and a structured order of operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to become forklift certified. ( Not required)
- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Meet or exceed daily workflow requirements.
- Maintain a clean work area/ Organized surroundings
- Empty recyclables/trash in the work area.
- Capable and willing to aid others – Teamwork.
- Open to cross-training and learning other inventory tasks.
- Flexible in working extended hours during busy and holiday seasons.
Salary: $20 - $22 per hour
