- Receive, sort, and prepare clinical specimens for testing
- Scan and input specimen and patient data into laboratory systems
- Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot specimen issues
- Ensure a clean, safe environment with proper specimen storage and disinfection
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with laboratory reagents and medical or lab work (preferred)
- Comfort handling biological specimens
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to pass a color blindness test
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
