About the Role:
As a Daily Living Skills (DLS) Program Staff member, you'll support adults with mental health needs in achieving greater independence through skill-building, routine development, and community engagement. You'll work one-on-one to follow individualized plans that align with each person's unique goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting clients in developing everyday life skills at home and in the community
- Encouraging personal growth, confidence, and self-sufficiency
- Documenting progress and collaborating closely with families, care teams, and clinicians
- Providing consistent, respectful, and trauma-informed care
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid MHRT-1 certification is required.
- Experience working with adults with mental health challenges
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
