We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activities Aide to join our team full-time! In this role, you will help create meaningful experiences for our residents by planning and leading engaging activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Activities Aide Schedule
- Full-Time – 40 hours per week
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Includes every other weekend
Activities Aide Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, organizing, and leading daily activities and programs for residents
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Support activities including games, crafts, music, exercise, community outings, and special events
- Provide one-on-one interaction with residents as needed
- Transport residents to and from activities when necessary
- Maintain activity supplies and assist with decorating for holidays and events
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met
- Document participation and attendance as required
Activities Aide Qualifications
- Active CNA certification required
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, recreation, or activities preferred, but not required
