What You'll Do
- Prepare and package medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Fill medication orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory and stock medications.
- Receive and process medication deliveries.
- Assist with medication labeling and packaging.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
- Follow all pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and healthcare staff to ensure outstanding service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Maine Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility to obtain one
- National certification (CPhT) is welcomed but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
