- Assist with MTA events, including registration, check-in, preparation of materials, and on-site support.
- Assist with meeting logistics, including preparing meeting materials, setting up the conference room, and coordinating necessary details.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional office environment.
- Assist with special projects and other organizational needs as they arise.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, organization, and efficiency and bring forward ideas that can make MTA stronger.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and responsibilities moving at the same time.
- Friendly and service-minded, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help members and colleagues.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and learning new platforms and systems.
- Reliable and accountable, with the ability to follow through on responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- A strong team player who also feels comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable, understanding that priorities can change and everyone occasionally pitches in outside their normal responsibilities.
- Curious and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest more efficient ways of doing things.
- Excited about Maine, with an appreciation for our state and the tourism businesses, communities, attractions, and people that make Maine such an extraordinary destination.
