What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer/Technician position at Maine Radon & Water Treatment?
Maine Radon and Water Treatment is a leading company in the radon air, water treatment and air filtration for all of Southern and Central Maine . We are looking for a Technician to install treatment solutions, and provide ongoing customer maintenance and support on their purchases. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent workmanship standards, communication abilities, work efficiently, and commit to ongoing learning. Ultimately, you will help us expand our excellent reputation by meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, ongoing maintenance, and service for our customers
- Diagnose, repair, and install water treatment and radon equipment
- Learn basic to advanced plumbing skills
- Safely operate service vehicles
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Work closely with other departments to provide the best customer experience
- Answer customer questions
- Collaborate with the leadership team to share best practices
Skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Basic handyman skills (plumbing and electrical a plus!)
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with the area/territory is a plus
- Computer Skills (ability to use an iPad for customer records)
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
