Position Overview:
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our passionate legal team. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the initial stages of client interactions, assisting with client intakes, gathering essential information, and handling potential clients with empathy. Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client intake interviews (via email or over the phone) to gather essential information about potential cases.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and case files.

- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient workflow and timely case progression.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, especially when dealing with sensitive client matters.
- Knowledge of employment law concepts is a plus, but is in no way required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, intake specialist, or similar role is advantageous, but not required.
