We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage and support housekeeping team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. This position plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining brand and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met
• With management, maintain staffing levels, daily room assignments, and team productivity
• Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance regarding room status, priorities, and repair needs
• Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Report maintenance, safety, or supply needs to hotel leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping work environment
• Lead by example and promote a positive, respectful team culture
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
