Our extended stay hotel is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in hotel management, with a preference for experience in extended stay revenue management. The successful candidate will be a hands-on collaborative leader with a passion for guest satisfaction and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of service
- Develop and lead a team of staff members, providing coaching and training as needed
- Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and to address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a hands-on approach to hotel operations, including assisting with tasks as needed
- Maintain a flexible schedule to ensure availability during peak business hours
- Complete all reporting and accounting in a timely and accurate manner
This is a full-time management position and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements
General Manager Requirements Include:
