Salary: $1,098.45 per credit/contact hour.
Eastern Maine Community College is seeking part-time, adjunct instructors to teach up to 12 credit/contact hours for the following courses:
- Concepts in Biology – BIO 100
- Anatomy & Physiology I – BIO 127
- Anatomy & Physiology II – BIO 128
- General Microbiology – BIO 216
- Technical Mathematics I – MAT 110
- Technical Mathematics II – MAT 114
- College Algebra - MAT 116
- College Composition – ENG 101
- Oral Communications – SPE 101
- Introduction to Psychology – PSY 101
- Introduction to Sociology – SOC 101
- Introduction to American Sign Language I – ASL 101
- American Sign Language II - ASL 102
- Nursing – Clinical Adjunct(s)
- BSN, Maine RN license, and 2 to 3 years’ experience required.
Master’s degree within the discipline required; PhD preferred; Depending on instructional discipline, professional experience may be considered.
Instruct part-time undergraduate courses in individual, identified disciplines. The person will also be expected to provide effective instruction, advise students, and participate in campus events.
