Title: Adjunct instructor for the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration program (remainder of the spring semester)
Bargaining Unit/Salary Level:
Salary and Benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MSEA Adjunct Faculty Unit.
Responsibilities:
Central Maine Community College seeks adjunct faculty to teach any or all of the following: Heat Pumps: 8am-11:25am - Monday & Wednesday Heat Pumps: 1pm-4:25pm - Tuesday & Thursday HVACR Diagnostics & Servicing: 8am-12:55pm – Tuesday & Thursday HVAC/R System Design: 8am-11:45am – Friday HVAC/R System Design: 12pm-3:45pm – Friday
These courses are available immediately. The instructor will deliver curriculum and use a learning management system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate’s degree in related field
• Significant work experience in the HVAC/R field
• Possess enthusiasm and passion for student learning and be able to respond to the needs of students using a variety of teaching methods
