Blue Sky Therapy, an affiliate of Main Street Physical Therapy, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Warren team. We are a leading outpatient provider committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

• Provide treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Support patients in achieving functional outcomes and independence
• Collaborate with the clinical team and Therapy Techs to ensure smooth clinic operations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Ohio
