Bartender Server

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate drink and food orders using Aloha POS.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Provide attentive table service by delivering food and drinks promptly while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Engage with guests to promote specials or upsell menu items confidently, boosting sales while enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, bartending experience is non negotiable.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Weekend availability is a must.

Job Type: Full-time
