Main Street Counseling, LLC is a Connecticut-based counseling practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's uncertainties, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Our team of compassionate therapists and coaches provides personalized support tailored to each client's unique needs. We believe that strong therapeutic relationships, genuine connection, and a supportive environment are essential to meaningful growth and lasting change.

We are seeking a Connecticut-licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT to join our team in a part-time, hybrid clinical role.

This is an opportunity for a clinician who values authentic connection, individualized care, and helping clients move toward greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

The clinician will provide individual therapy, complete clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clients and relevant support systems to promote progress toward treatment goals.

Our practice currently has clients in the Monroe and Southbury areas who are waiting for the right clinician match, making this an opportunity to build a caseload with clients who are actively seeking support.

• Provide high-quality, compassionate individual and couples therapy to clients
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clients and, when appropriate, their support systems and other providers
• Help clients develop insight, coping strategies, and tools to navigate life's challenges
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic environment
• Participate as a collaborative member of the Main Street Counseling team

• Active, independent Connecticut licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is required
• This position is not open to associate-level or provisionally licensed clinicians
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• 5 years experience providing mental health or behavioral health services
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized, client-centered care
• Strong organizational skills and attention to clinical documentation

• Part-time
• Hybrid schedule with telehealth and in-person sessions
• In-person client opportunities in Monroe and Southbury, CT
