What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook position at MAIN STREET CAFE?
Prepare breakfast, lunch and daily specials according to recipes and portion standards.Cook food safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.Assist with food prep, including chopping, portioning, thawing and stocking. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, equipment and food storage areas.Follow all food safety HACCP and sanitation procedures. Properly label and date food items, communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff during the service. Open or close the kitchen according to scheduled shifts.
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
