Position Overview
We are seeking a Roofing Superintendent to support our Operations Division. This role bridges the gap between field production and project management, ensuring materials are on-site, schedules stay on track, and the quality of work reflects our company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site logistics to ensure materials, equipment, and labor are ready when needed
- Support project managers with scheduling, delivery coordination, and on-site communication
- Monitor roofing projects to ensure adherence to plans, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Conduct quality control inspections and provide feedback to crews to ensure continuous improvement
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to prevent delays or shortages
- Document job progress and communicate regularly with operations and project management teams
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism on every job site
Qualifications
- Construction and roofing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
