Capital Roofing Solutions is a growing Arkansas roofing company looking for driven people who aren’t afraid to knock a door and talk to a stranger. We have been in Arkansas for 15 years and are looking to grow our sales team for a select group of killers. No roofing or sales experience needed. If you bring the attitude and work ethic, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in residential neighborhoods and introduce Capital Roofing
- Inspect roofs and identify storm and wear damage
- Walk homeowners through their options and the insurance process
- Close deals and hand off to our production team
- Build a territory and referral pipeline that keeps paying you
