Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to warranty service requests from homeowners.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and assess construction defects, installation issues, and other warranty- related concerns.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator for subcontractors and suppliers to schedule and execute necessary repairs and replacements.
- Educate homeowners on home functions and maintenance requirements
- Ensure all warranty service activities comply with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty service requests, inspections, repairs, and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to provide updates on the status of warranty service requests and explain repair procedures.
- Collaborate with the construction and customer service teams to address recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
