This is a remote position.We are seeking an experienced Epicor Solar Eclipse Consultant with strong project management capabilities to lead and support an upcoming Epicor Eclipse ERP implementation. This role will serve as a functional and operational bridge between business stakeholders, implementation resources, and executive sponsors, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Eclipse experience with disciplined project execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent end client as ERP subject matter expert from project road mapping to post go-live support Lead functional discovery, requirements gathering, and process mapping across core Eclipse modulesConfigure and support Eclipse ERP including:DistributionInventory & Warehouse ManagementOrder ManagementPurchasingAccounting / FinanceTranslate business requirements into Eclipse configuration and system designSupport core implementation team with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activitiesDevelop and execute system testing (unit, integration, UAT)Provide end-user training and post-go-live supportProject Management ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day project execution for the Eclipse implementationDevelop and maintain:Project plansTimelines and milestonesRisk and issue logsStatus reportingCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders including:Client leadershipInternal teamsEpicor or third-party partnersManage scope, change requests, and dependenciesFacilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status updatesIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategiesRequirements5 years of experience with Epicor Solar Eclipse ERPProven experience supporting Eclipse implementations or major upgradesHands-on functional expertise across distribution and operations modulesDemonstrated project management experience on ERP initiativesStrong understanding of implementation methodologiesExcellent stakeholder communication and documentation skillsAbility to operate independently in a client-facing environmentPlumbing supply industry experience preferred
