Reporting to the Executive/Director of Development, the Associate Director will develop and implement plans to identify, cultivate, and solicit new prospects and donors for annual/sustaining gifts, with specific goals to be met. The Associate Director, will assist the Director of Development in the staffing of the Foundation Board's Committees.

Experience:
3 to 5 years of direct experience in fundraising, preferably with an organization with demonstrated success in annual or major gift programs, donor relations and managing volunteers and/or staff.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university required.
