Sales Support Specialist

Main Line Commercial Pools, Inc. is the leading and largest commercial swimming pool construction, service and sales company in the Mid Atlantic region with over 40 years of tradition.

We are looking to expand our office team with an organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action and making sure the details are handled correctly. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Service, Accounting, and Operations teams to help manage customer orders, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and day-to-day customer needs.If you’re someone who likes staying organized, solving problems, working with different departments, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you may be a great fit for our team.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:

• Create and process customer sales orders.
• Check inventory levels to ensure customer orders can be fulfilled.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and help coordinate customer orders.
• Follow up to confirm customers receive their orders.
• Prepare customer invoices.
• Track service jobs and process invoices once work is completed.
• Create and submit vendor purchase orders.
• Review and receive accounts payable invoices.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for stocked items.
• Review inventory counts and help reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain and update customer and vendor pricing.
• Provide use tax information to the Controller.
• Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers as needed.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work with multiple departments to keep orders, service jobs, purchasing, and billing moving efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in sales support, accounting, order processing, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience working with ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A team-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
