Employee will be doing AR/AP and general accounting.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUN OF 3 YEARS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Accounts Payable
- Processing vendor invoices
- Obtaining authorization for payment of vendor invoices
- Trouble shooting and follow up on AP invoicing
- Ability of Multitask
- Ability to Research Invoicing
Accounts Receivable
- Process Customer invoices
- Record Customer Payments
- Run Reports
- Communicate with sales
- Update customer accounts
- Prepare bank deposits
Responsibilities include other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience and solid communication skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 Years of strong Accounting experience
- Experience with Business Accounting Systems
- Computer proficient
- Ability to prioritize work
- Must have Strong Attention to Detail
- Must be able to work well with others

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
