Customer Service & Sales
- Provide a friendly, attentive, and solutions-oriented customer experience
- Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Process orders and transactions accurately
- Prepare shipments with care and attention to detail
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and follow-through
- Maintain confidentiality of customer materials
Store Operations
- Open and close the store as needed
- Operate POS system including cash handling and balancing
- Monitor and restock supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion of orders
- Assist with financial processes such as close-outs and deposits
Team Support & Leadership
- Help train and support team members
- Provide guidance during busy periods
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
- Foster a collaborative team environment
Self-Management

- Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications
