Job DescriptionAre you a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping clients and solving problems? We’re seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support our personal insurance clients with top-notch service and care.
You’ll assist with policy quoting and updates, handle client questions, process renewals, and ensure our customers get the attention they deserve. If you’re detail-oriented, experienced, and ready to grow with a respected New York agency, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities· Answer customer questions regarding auto, home, renters, and other personal insurance policies.
· Policy quoting and changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
· Assist with billing inquiries and renewals.
· Ensure compliance with agency and NYS insurance guidelines.
· Maintain accurate records in our agency management system.
· Provide friendly, timely customer service over phone, email, and in person.
Qualifications· Active NYS Property & Casualty License (Required).
· At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance customer service.
· Familiarity with agency management system.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
