Job Overview
We are hiring a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to work with our team members, lead and oversee our services, ensuring the highest standards of service and care while providing a professional approach to each accounts.
In this position, you will work with and supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate daily cleaning activities, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Your leadership will support your co workers to deliver efficient, thorough, and consistent services
Duties
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, providing clear direction, training, and motivation to ensure optimal team performance
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules, commercial cleaning, and laundry
- Ensure compliance with protocol and standardized methods of training
- Coordinate with other team members throughout the work day
- Implement effective cleaning & time management practices to optimize efficiency
Skills
- Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions and customer service
- Willingness to accommodate our clients needs, including laundry services and special requests for family pet care
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
