REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: Previous professional residential cleaning experience REQUIRED. Own a reliable vehicle and be able to travel to client homes. Have a working smartphone. Be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099 position).

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO: Knows the difference between a quick clean and a truly exceptional clean. Takes initiative and doesn’t need constant supervision. Shows up on time and treats clients’ homes with respect. Wants to grow professionally as the company expands.
