Position Details
- Part-Time position to start (10-20 hours/wk) later turn into Full-Time.
- Monday–Friday
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- Paid Training
- All Professional Cleaning Supplies & Equipment Provided
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential cleaning services using Maid Eco Clean’s professional cleaning system.
- Deep Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces to company standards.
- Safely use professional cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable, honest, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude with excellent work ethic.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
- Cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training.

Important transportation & compensation information:
Maid Eco Clean does not provide company vehicles. Employees must have their own reliable vehicle and be able to travel to and between client homes.
In return, our cleaners receive generous percentage of the total price of every job they clean 100% of their tips. We also provide all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment at no cost to the cleaner.
Our cleaners are paid based on the value of the work they perform rather than a low hourly wage, and our typical client-to-client travel time is only 10–25 minutes maximum.
If you are looking for a cleaning position where a company vehicle is provided, this position would not be the right fit. If you’re looking for higher earning potential, tips on top of your cleaning pay, and all supplies/equipment provided, we’d love to talk with you.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
