What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages; serve as a primary point of contact
- Schedule services and support daily office operations
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Provide professional, friendly, and solutions-focused customer service
- Interact with staff while reinforcing company values and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual: fluent in English & Spanish (reading and writing required)
- Customer service or sales experience (home services a plus)
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Confident, motivated self-starter with a customer-first mindset
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
