Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great hospitality and delicious food and drinks, in a fast-paced environment. As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for engaging guests, making drinks as needed, and ensuring timely service for both food and beverage. We work as a unit, fulfilling all guest needs as a team - comnmunication and teamwork are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks and food promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, including washing glassware, wiping food baskets, and keeping all surfaces and tables clean.
• Properly ring in all food and beverage orders
• Monitor inventory levels of bar and floor supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
• Assist with catering events as needed, showcasing time management skills to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve behind the bar due to alcohol service regulations. Under 21 can still apply to work purely as a Server.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
