Mahn Custom Homes & Renovations is hiring an

to support the delivery of high-end residential projects in the St. Louis area. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their construction management career who's ready to take ownership on-site and grow into a leadership role.

You'll assist in managing subcontractors, maintaining site standards, and keeping schedules on track, while learning the systems, workflows, and expectations that define custom home building at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily jobsite operations for high-end residential builds

• Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and inspections

• Assist with maintaining project schedules and reporting progress in Buildertrend

• Perform quality checks and ensure site cleanliness and safety

• Communicate jobsite updates to the project manager and design team

• Document activities, changes, and issues using mobile tools

• Learn and uphold building codes, safety practices, and jobsite procedures

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and vendors

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of residential construction or site coordination experience

• Strong interest in construction supervision or site management

• Familiarity with Buildertrend or other project management software is a plus

• Basic knowledge of jobsite safety, sequencing, and general construction methods

• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Tech-comfortable: mobile apps, email, documentation tools

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
