Full-time Cleaner - NW Milwaukee/Brown Deer - $10/hr

We are looking to fill a Full-time entry level cleaning position for a well established financial company . This individual will be responsible for cleaning between 3 first buildings located in Brown Deer, Menomonee Falls and Northwest Milwaukee. All 3 locations are within 20 minutes of each other. This is not an on-call position. You will be guaranteed on average 30-35 hours a week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 5pm-12:30am.  

Must be able to perform various general cleaning duties including vacuuming, trash/recycling collection, dusting, mopping, cleaning of restrooms, or any other general cleaning tasks as directed. Ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or with a group.

1. Vehicle and valid driver's license is required.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Accessible by telephone.

4. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, such as alarm information and directions to job sites.

5.  Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
