Full-time Janitorial Supervisor/Manager - Menomonee Falls (Appleton Ave) -$13.50/hr

We have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time cleaning manager in Menomonee Falls at a well established medical facility on Appleton Ave off Good Hope RD. The position is 5 pm - 1:30 am, Monday - Friday. We offer an excellent starting wage of $13.50 an hour. Receive benefits after 60 days including paid time off from the get go! 

The Account Manager is responsible for providing on-the-job training, supervision, and management of service representatives and maintaining MahlerClean quality assurance standards. Individual will be responsible for completing employee evaluations and providing corrective action as needed.  Must be able to identify and address any deficiencies with appropriate personnel in a timely and professional manner.  Will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory of supplies and ensuring equipment is working properly. Must be able to perform various cleaning tasks including trash/recycling collection, vacuuming, sweep/mop floors, clean restrooms, and various other general cleaning tasks.

1.  Minimum 2 years supervisory experience; and/or completion of the MahlerClean Account Manager Training Program.

2.  High school diploma or GED.

3.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4.  Ability to lift 50lbs and perform general cleaning duties.

5.  Administrative and record keeping skills.

6.  Access via telephone.

7.  Basic leadership skills.

8.  Ability to read and understand a Material Safety Data Sheet / Safety Data Sheet.

9.  Fluent in written and spoken English.
