A private executive couple seeks an experienced, discreet, and highly professional Executive Protection Driver to provide safe, seamless transportation and personal protection support in northern New Jersey and Manhattan.

This full-time, long-term role requires exceptional judgment, flexibility, and service standards, as well as the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in a private household environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the principals to various destinations with the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and safety.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, including some evenings, weekends, holidays, and short-notice assignments, adapting to changing needs.
• Oversee vehicle care including cleaning, fueling, servicing, insurance, registration, and maintaining detailed service and mileage records.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Manhattan, the Tri-State area, and northern New Jersey to optimize travel routes, avoid delays, and anticipate traffic conditions.

Qualifications

• An Executive Protection professional with prior service in law enforcement, the military or personal protection services.
• Prior experience driving for a private family is a plus.
• Excellent, verifiable references.
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented professional.
• Displays excellent judgment and discretion.
• Communicates clearly with the principals, family members, and staff in both written and verbal interactions.
• Defensive and/or evasive driving certifications preferred.
• Valid Concealed Carry licenses/permits in NJ and NY.
• Competent in operating and maintaining luxury vehicles and managing the related administrative requirements.
• Long-term intent.
• Must be comfortable around trained protection dogs.
• Must hold valid U.S. work authorization and a U.S. driver's license.

Schedule

• The general schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• The principals will prioritize candidates who have the flexibility to offer some evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Compensation

• Base salary of $150,000 to $200,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
• The principals offer a meaningful annual discretionary bonus.
• Full benefits package discussed with qualified candidates.
