About the Role
As CFO, you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and the Board, providing the financial clarity and discipline that allows the organization to focus on its mission. You will lead financial strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and help build the systems and processes that will support the organization as it grows. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with operational engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in evolving environments and is motivated by purpose.
What You Will Lead
- Financial strategy, planning, and long-term sustainability
- Board reporting, audit coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Grant and donor fund oversight, including restricted and unrestricted funds
- Accounting operations, internal controls, and monthly close processes
- Compliance, Form 990, and regulatory filings
- Evaluation and implementation of accounting systems and workflows

Compensation & Terms
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, starting at $250K-$350K
Full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday)
