Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items.
- Closing down kitchen requiring deep cleaning
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service/fast food is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
