Magnum is hiring a Warehouse Associate II/Forklift Operator to support daily operations by moving, loading, and organizing freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and efficiently
- Verify shipments for accuracy and damage
- Sort, organize, and distribute freight throughout the warehouse
- Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents
- Transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods
- Store products on racks, shelves, or designated storage areas
- Pick and assemble customer orders for shipment
- Repack materials into customer-specific containers
- Use scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments
- Label and record incoming and outgoing freight
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused person with experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation. Ideal candidates have:
- Ability to safely operate forklifts (certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience using warehouse tools and equipment, including hand scanners, pallet jacks, box cutters, straps, and carts
- Ability to inspect, move, and handle freight accurately to ensure on-time, complete deliveries
- Experience with loading and unloading trailers using both manual and mechanical methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must provide steel-toe boots (eligible for $150 reimbursement after 30 days)
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1 year of Reach Truck and Sit-Down forklift experience required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is performed in a warehouse environment where employees are exposed to noise and varying temperatures, which may reach as low as 45°F depending on the season. Work involves both indoor and occasional outdoor activity, requiring awareness of surroundings and safe operation of equipment. The role requires frequent movement and physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching, as well as operating machinery and handling freight. Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
