What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Safety Manager position at Magnum Electric Inc?
Magnum Electric is seeking qualified safety professional who is familiar with project-based safety role for work in Harwood, ND.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, including incident rates, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Provide employees with safety related information such as training sessions, emergency protocols, and proper use of safety equipment
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in safety management
- Manage workers’ compensation claims and maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, training, inspections, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presenting findings
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using computer software applications related to safety management
-Clean driving record with valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on data center construction projects
- Background of construction, industrial, or electrical exposure

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
