Scheduler Requirements:
- State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA).
- Long-Term Care experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- One year scheduling experience.
Scheduler Job Functions:
- Lead the labor management process.
- Understand facility budget, special pay policies, and pay practices.
- Results management.
- Immediate staffing.
- Schedule planning.
- Timecard/schedule reconciliation.
- Employee record maintenance.
