We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Nurse Aide who possesses the desire to care for Kentucky’s Veterans. We have 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

This position, Warren County has an approved Locality Premium of $4.76 in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034 Section 9(1).
This job classification is approved for the following shift premiums, in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034 Section 9(2), which are applied to the base salary:

Must maintain any required licensure(s), certification(s), or other credentials for the length of employment in this job classification. Expectations Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist residents with personnel hygiene such as bathing, dental and oral care, and hair and nail care.
- Have an active status as a nurse aide on the KBN Nurse Aide Registry.
- Assist residents with bowel and bladder functions by escorting them to the bathroom, providing bedpan or portable commodes. Checks and records intake and output flow charts.
- Assist with meals and nourishments for residents requiring assistance and restorative dining.
- Perform total physical care to include assisting with meals, as well as helping to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of our Veterans.
- Measure and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respirations, height, as instructed.
- Collect and label specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills
