What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Coordinator position at Magnolia Streamside Resort?
Magnolia is seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the digital presence of our multi-location brand. This position is part-time and fully on-site across our Magnolia properties in the Poconos.
Our brand includes three sister locations:
- Magnolia Streamside Resort — including the Wedding & Event Venue and Magnolia Streamside Kitchen
- Magnolia Quantum Wellness & Med Spa
- Magnolia Children's Forest Garden (MCFG)
We are looking for someone who can capture the magic, beauty, and uniqueness of each space and translate it into engaging content.
- Experience with social media management tools (required)
- Strong photography and videography skills (required)
- Proven experience creating Reels/TikToks and short-form content
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, composition, and brand storytelling
- Strong writing and communication abilities
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable moving between locations
- Ability to work some weekends or evenings during events (as needed)
- Prior social media or marketing experience preferred
